Refund policy

At NXT GEN Vapes, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products and services. If you are not completely satisfied, our Return and Refund Policy outlines the conditions and procedures for returning items and requesting refunds.


Eligibility for Returns

  1. Faulty Items:

    • Batteries, clearomisers, wall adapters, USB chargers, and car chargers can be returned if found faulty upon receipt.
    • Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase.
    • Refunds will typically be processed within 14 days, excluding postage costs.
  2. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used e-liquids and mouthpieces cannot be returned.
  3. Damaged or Missing Items:

    • Inspect all items upon receipt. If any part of your order is faulty or missing, contact us within 7 working days at nxtgenvapours@outlook.com.
    • Items reported after 7 working days are considered accepted and are non-returnable.
  4. Warranty:

    • Batteries are covered under a 28-day warranty.
    • Clearomisers are covered under a 7-day warranty, although they may last 7–12 weeks with proper maintenance.

Returning an Item

  • All returns must be sent at the customer’s expense via recorded delivery to ensure safe transit.
  • You must include the original packaging and invoice with your return.
  • Once the returned item is received, it will be inspected and tested. If deemed faulty, a replacement will be issued within 14 days.

Refund Policy

  1. Refund Eligibility:

    • Refunds are not available for items damaged by the customer.
    • If damage was not reported upon receipt, a refund cannot be issued.
    • Refunds are not provided for replacement parts where alternatives are available.
  2. Timeframe:

    • No refunds will be issued more than 28 days after purchase.

How to Start a Return

  • Provide your name, order number, and a brief description of the issue.
  • Once approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the item.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for faulty goods, provided they meet the criteria outlined above.
  • If an item is found to be damaged due to the buyer’s negligence, no exchange or replacement will be provided.
